		<description>What a fantastic post. There IS something mysteriously soothing about spending a day in a kitchen. A kitchen you call yours. Sean and I have already discussed that *when* we buy a house (or even just settle in a place for the long-term), kitchen considerations rank first on the importance list. 

You should post pictures! I had to look up &quot;Borscht&quot; in google images - the pink sounds and looks intriguing. And, scallions are the same thing as &quot;green onions!&quot; I learn something new every day. Haha! How decidedly foreign of me =P.</description>
